I ordered a delivery from Strain Caregivers today and had a wonderful experience. The customer service was great— I made a user error and scheduled the delivery for the next day, but they were so kind to deliver it with their next batch. The products I received from them were of high quality, and they had certain brands of edibles that are harder to find on delivery, and in my area in general.

I love this service, they don't ever seem to have issues with things being out of stock. It can take a bit for delivery during peak times, but that's understandable and they will let you know. They are professional, their drivers are courteous, pleasant, and prompt.

HOW WE OPERATE:

We implemented a Batch Delivery system. Orders will leave the store at the top of every hour. A Batch Delivery system will ensure order accuracy to meet customer expectations. You’ll receive a text notification when your order is placed and when the delivery driver is on their way.

Example: Orders placed at 2:20pm will leave the store at 3:00pm

DELIVERY MINIMUM:

We have a $50 order minimum. Accepting Cash and Debit Card only (card processing fee $3)
