Was out of one item and had to substitute. They must only have one driver as it took 5 hours for delivery...otherwise quality was great! First time buying Cube Injoy Luke Skywalker... it was the bomb!

Never a bad experience, they were out of stock on a few things and made sure it was all straightened out!

I'm handicap so being able to have it delivered is awesome, TY.

Just Not worth it the bottom shelf was better than the top shelf and both were pretty dried up

Review of Neighborhood Plug I’m leaving this review because I was disappointed with my recent experience with Neighborhood Plug, particularly with the communication and order management for medical patients. Yesterday, I placed an order for a specific product, only to have the order canceled because the product was out of stock. I was told by a representative that the product was expected to be back in stock the following morning. Rather than keep an order open and potentially have to cancel it later if I found what I needed somewhere else, I decided to look around for another option. I wasn’t able to find what I was looking for, so I waited until this morning and placed a new order with Neighborhood Plug at 9:00 AM when they opened. I waited throughout the day and checked the status of my order at approximately 3:54 PM, only to discover that it had been canceled again. I called the dispensary and was told that the reason was once again that the product was out of stock.
