Second time having a problem

Out of all the times I’ve ordered from this store I rarely have problems with this store. However it’s the second time I’ve had an issue with them. they sold me a battery that doesn’t work correctly. My batter barely hits. This is the second time. The first time I was sold a pod that was previously opened and they didn’t do anything about it. They said they would exchange it but then gave me the run around about it saying they can assure it wasn’t opened even though the whole box was open it didn’t even have the sticker that closes the box up. Definitely not professional. That’s why I started going to the dispensary. I tried ordering again and they failed once more. Tired of getting my money played with.
