1 pod leaking - 1 pod half empty
Contacted customer service about the leaking pod that’s spewing wax out of the tip, but all they offered was 20% off my next order. It also has wax leaking to the outer area of the main chamber. That pod was at about half when this happened. I opened up another one I bought with the same order, and it was already half empty. No sign of leakage. Point being, I am out the equivalent of a 1g pod. I have read about the issues with STIIIZY, but the first cartridge I had before these that leaked was the LIVE RESIN. These are live resin again. It’s been years of this malfunction and they have yet to fix it. Seems like I’m ready to turn my back on STIIIZY. They need to improve their cartridges and get better quality control. If you want to build brand loyalty, it’s about quality and value. Don’t offer a customer a discount to buy more malfunctioning product, just fix your issues.
