Product issue, multiple pods not working

As always product was good! But when I placed order the day before for 830-1030am delivery, they called to tell me 30 min before drop off that they are out of what I ordered , and then the 4 other options I choose you are out of also. I wanted stizzy black label they said you had Gelto but once it was delivered it was NOT black label it was Gelato infused. Which was not what I ordered or wanted .. Please updated menu.
