Delivery time is always wrong!

Every time i order, they are out of a strain I choose. So today I was supposed to have an order arrive between 10:30-12:30, then j got a call at 11:40 saying they were out of my strain and to replace with a different one and that my delivery window was now 12:30-2:30 cause the other one was full now. So ridiculous! Every time I order here the call for my stuff being out is just way to close to the end of the delivery window time!
