I placed a delivery order on 4/20, which was scheduled for delivery between 8:30 and 10:00 PM. By around 11:00 it had not arrived, and I received an email saying the order had been canceled at my request! I contacted them the next day to see what the deal was, and they said they couldn't get it to me by 10:00, so they just canceled it. I said no problem, just deliver it today, but they said I had to reorder it instead. The problem was that the 4/20 sale was now over, so I would have to pay twice as much as we originally agreed on. They absolutely refused to honor the sale price even though I placed the order on 4/20, and it was them that failed to deliver it as promised, cancelling the order without my knowledge or consent. Needless to say, I have moved on to a more reliable, trustworthy delivery service that doesn't employ this kind of sleazy bait-and-switch tactic.
