Called multiple times to figure out eta (I was in a rush, my fault) but was met by a voicemail everytime. Successfully got through after 30 minutes and had to cancel the order because their advertised wait time is not accurate. They said they’d refund so I’m just waiting to see if it goes through. I don’t doubt their product, but they need to fix their phone line in case customers are on a time crunch
