I've ordered a couple times from these guys now and am very happy with their selection, prices, and service. They get my order correct and show up in a reasonable time frame. If simplicity and ease are something you like in your delivery service, these guys will make you happy

Last week, I placed an order through a friend's phone and managed to get the best quality weed at an affordable price. In fact, it was the best cannabis I've had in years, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.

Order didn’t come until 11:15 and then the driver sat outside my house for 15 minutes staring… The delivery took nearly 4 hours. but the weed was good.

Unbelievable rude people who work there and stole over 140$ cad from my bank account and denied having my money after my bank had already confirmed that they indeed have my money. Worst customer service in my life. Had to address the issue with police…

30-60 min ETA. 4 hours later, try to cancel. They claim cancellation is through Weedmaps, but Weedmaps is clear that it's handled by the store and the charge on my card is from the store, not Weedmaps. After arguing, they verbally agree to cancel but still haven't cancelled in the system. More, when just asking "hey what's the new ETA" before trying to cancel, they said "I can't reach the driver today". Then why take an order? Def seems like they don't care.

Delivery was over an hour, I called and was told a manager was going to o call me back. Never happened. Delivery driver over was ignorant, rude and was cussing me out because he couldn't find the address. I am NOT impressed at all.

After 3 hours of waiting I called to cancel my order which they refused and hung up the phone. Forcing the delivery to my house after 4 1/2 hours

No way to trouble shoot and the order says “delivered” but nobody ever came.

I placed an order at 5 pm. Call an hour later and told that the driver won’t be leaving the store till 8pm even though it says eta 30-60 min
