Placed order at 9:25A.M. First order of the day Took over 6 hours to get to me when I’m 15 minutes away from the dispensary location Do not order from this company unless you are okay with waiting all day long… Very disappointing service. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Cancelled order without notice or reason

Wish I could give less than one star, order was cancelled without notice or explanation, no attempt to contact me if items were unavailable, refund will take 3-5 days but they had no problem taking the money right away…. This was also done yesterday to my partner and I still tried to give them business today. Joke is on me!

never received order/scammed??

I recently placed an order with Spot420 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I called the store to confirm my delivery, and was told that it was still on its way. However, when I checked the status of my order later, it showed as "complete" and I never received my delivery. extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through from Spot420.
