RAW Parchment Rolls are cut from the finest unrefined, extra-slick, dual-coated parchment paper. The extra slick feature is idea for high heat and uncooked sticky foods. Rawthentic parchment is 100% natural, unbleached paper and coated with pure silicone, which is derived from the second most abundant natural earth element, silicon. Silicone is a landfill-safe and non-toxic if incinerated. Silicone is the most effective and eco-friendly non-stick surface.
