I made an order and forgot there was a service fee. They waived it for me just this time. The product I ordered was better than expected, no seeds, and plenty of bugs to keep me happy! The driver was courteous, clean, and professional. I will order from them in the future, worth it.

Didn’t have what I ordered but was taken care of

My only complaint would be that they need to update their WeedMaps Menu regularly. After I ordered Smokeland and weedmaps sent confirmation texts which I did like, moments later Smokeland called and told me that what was on weedmaps was no longer a available and went over a list of alternatives I could get. I decided to still order from Smokeland and got something different. They delivery was Fast, Friendly, and prompt. The customer service that called about the issue was extremely kind and overall the experience was great. I’d recommend shopping with Smokeland but I would recommend you call instead of ordering online.

The delivery drivers are awesome however the buds advertised is not what is received. My LARGE bud order came as basically shake and stems. This is the 3rd and last time. Gave them an opportunity to get right, they didn’t.

A Positive Learning Experience

Due to an accident - I am on disability, and so have had deliveries happening for over five years. This was the first time I had to show ID and go to the car, however, I think this is a fine safety procedure for the employee - it was just new to me - no big deal. They are trying to set up a standard of practice and still be a leader in the market. Their product is very good - as advertised - and nicely sealed. I look forward to further purchases down the line with them. Their OZ deal was very nice and all their prices seem fair. Sure figuring out the tax can be tricky - so ask them as I did for the breakdown - including city tax and you'll have no negative surprises concerning totals. Bravo!!!

I hit this place up as recreational, i ordered a $60 pack, comes with a half oz of there available strains, i chose Platinum Cookies, they recommend them when i said i like strains that taste good when burned, and smell like straight gas, and have a jewel presentation. Patrick stayed chill through the whole ordeal, answered all my questions, gave his own personal insight to help guide my decision, and a return client. All in all i got a half oz, a pre roll, and a gram of super jack shatter for $81 out the door. Tax an all delivered in 45 mins bruh. You gotta vibe with that level of service. Give them your money.
