I’m here visiting from Michigan. Omg I waited over 3hrs for delivery just horrible. Yes , the weed was good but when I called they kept lying saying “ he’s on his way”. I’m like I’m really getting hood delivery at this point . I’ll never order from them again I’ll just walk in

Where is my order?
Lets start with the fact that ive waited for my order for over 4 hours. I received a text message at 4:53 pm saying my order was packed and they would let me know when it was out for delivery. But also at 4:53 pm i got an email stating that my order was delivered. I dont know if this is shangos fault or if its weedsmaps fault but either way it’s ridiculous i have to wait this long and they told me my order was delivered and it wasn’t. Thats insane and im very un-happy. No one called me and no one has been to my house so im lost for words. I called shango once and they didnt answer.

At times we get 8 calls and we do our best to tend to them all but, we miss a few! Our stated delivery estimate is 4 to 6 hours and we do fulfill all deliveries within that time frame. We're sorry you had a bad experience but, let us have another chance to show you we are 5 star!

Unprofessional driver
I heard my driver knocking on my neighbors door so I had to let him know it was actually me he was delivering to. My neighbor answered, and the driver told him I had put the wrong address in when I hadn’t. He then turned to me and said “sorry I had to blame you”, then proceeded to tell me I actually did have the wrong unit in my directions and to correct it. I double checked and I put the correct instructions. I could also see the delivery notes written on his paper saying “building 10 1021” which is the correct address? Clearly, this man just did not want to own up to his simple mistake. Not a huge deal, but I do not appreciate being thrown under the bus and embarrassed in front of my neighbor. It was around 10:15pm and he was knocking on their door, what if they’re annoyed with me now thinking I really did make the mistake? Anyways, I spend hundreds of dollars per month with you guys & this is the first bad driver I’ve had but unfortunately I’m not sure I want to continue ordering.

Delivery was very expedient and customer service on the phone was very helpful. Paul was patient as I fetched money for the delivery (it arrived sooner than expected!) and I was very grateful for that.

HOME DELIVERY
Orders can be placed at any time, except 7pm-Midnight.
Deliveries begin at 7am Daily.
All accepted orders will be delivered that same day. Any orders placed after 7pm will be processed and delivered the following day. Delivery drivers wear body cams for safety–no information or images are saved unless an incident occurs. We will text you with delivery ETAs and updates.
$10 delivery fee with purchases between $50-$99.99.
Free delivery with purchases of $100 .
HAPPY HOUR ONLINE ORDER RESTRICTIONS
Orders placed after 9AM no longer qualify for the Happy Hour Discount. Happy Hour deliveries cannot be held until the end of day. Orders placed between 6AM-9AM will be sent out for delivery at the next available delivery time. If nobody is available during the initial delivery attempt, the Happy Hour discount will be removed at the next attempt at delivery. No advance orders or late orders will be added to the delivery schedule. Curbside and Pick-up orders need to be placed by 9AM and picked up by 9:30AM to qualify.
