Welcome to Sacramento Confidential Delivery! We have been proudly providing quality cannabis products to the greater Sacramento area since 2011. All taxes are included in our pricing, the only additional charge is a $3 delivery fee.

-We do not accept any bills larger than $50.

-No cash? No problem! We accept Stronghold ACH payments ($3 convenience fee/pre-pay).

-Debit cards via our cashless ATM terminals with a $3.50 convenience fee per transaction. The driver will process the payment and make change conveniently at your doorstep. All transactions will be rounded up to the nearest $5 since the terminal operates as a cashless ATM. ( As an example, if your total is $53, the terminal rounds to $55 and applies the $3.50 fee, resulting in a total of $58.50. The driver will then provide you $2 in change for the round-up from $53 to $55.)

The delivery minimum for most of the Sacramento area is $50. However, we do use radius based delivery minimums for our other delivery areas, depending upon your zip code location.

We deliver to hotels and truck-stops after verifying more information such as hotel reservation or truck driving status. We do not deliver to these public locations after sundown. We do not deliver to other public locations or places of business.

We ask for all new members to submit a "selfie" shot with their ID in addition to a clear shot of the ID. If the address on your ID does not match your delivery address, we will ask for confirmation of your address through a simple process.

Due to compliance laws, we may stop taking orders before listed closing time because of high order volume and driver limitations. If you want same day delivery, please try to have your order in before 6:30 pm to ensure we can deliver it to you by 8-10pm. No new customers accepted after 7:00 pm.

Please be aware, due to California regulations the following is required for all drivers to complete upon delivery of your order: A valid government issued picture ID must be presented and you must sign for delivery to have your product released to you. In addition, we are only able to release an order to the person who placed it. It is not possible to order for someone or to have someone other than you receive your order. Prices are subject to change. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note that we do our best to keep delivery times from exceeding 2 hours. However, with instances of congested traffic, high order volume, and for our delivery addresses furthest from the station, wait times can exceed 2 hours.

**Product exchanges** Should you experience any defect, damage, or problem with your product, please contact us immediately. Product exchanges need to be initiated within 24hrs of the time of purchase and we must be able to collect the item with original packaging to honor the exchange*. The majority of the product must still be present. OPENED flower cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear defect with the product and/or packaging.

*If you OPEN a product, please note that we are unable to make an exchange unless it is defective/damaged.
