I’ve ordered from this dispensary a couple of times and they have such great prices and great products!! The only thing that confused me was on their website and on Weedmaps it says delivery is from 8-1 and 1-5 and it makes it seem like the delivery is between those times but it’s actually just 1pm and 5pm they deliver. Slightly confusing but no issue if you time it right! And they reach out to you after you place an order and describe the delivery service to you which is very handy. And sometimes they even deliver it earlier which is nice too. The deliver drivers are always super nice and respectful. Would definitely recommend this delivery service to anybody!!

If you order from pismo beach. It states on weedmaps that delivery is within 30-60 mins. I placed an order at 1:35pm. Called after 70mins of silence to be told I would get my delivery somewhere around 30-60 mins. 30 mins later I get this text: Hello *** thank you for ordering with Royal Healing Emporium today your total came out to $$$ your order will leave Lompoc at 5 and you should receive it between 6 and 7 have a great rest of your day! So lied to over the phone and on their website and on weedmaps. Afterwards another dispatcher texted and apologized for the breakdown in communication. The dispatcher continued to speak with me and offer reparations for the ball being dropped. The logistics in the area put a huge strain on the smaller businesses, but they do their best to stay afloat and offer the service you would hope to expect. Thanks for being human. It seems as of 1/1/23 they have increased the delivery fee.

First Timer - VERY Happy with delivery
First time using a delivery service in a LONG time and you guys did not disappoint one bit. Im usually not a fan of the brown bag style of delivery because you dont really get to see what your getting until you get in the house and open it up. Once I opened my bag, I was even happier than before. My delivery guy Rusty was super cool. And also very knowledgeable about the extensive menu you guys have. He took the time to answer my questions and didn't make me feel like I was rushed at all. And even got a few freebies with my order too as a promo, VERY cool guys. Yeah the ordering thing is a little different but efficient. They took my order 10 min before the deadline and I still got it fast. One of my items was a $15 8th, and for $15 you dont expect much. When I saw it I was like "oh great, small popcorn nugs" but when I tried it, that thought floated off in a puff of smoke. Solis brand Iced Lemonade, was crazy good. Will definitely be calling you guys in the future!!
