I’ve never worked with a company with less transparency for delivery or having such an inability to be consistent with timing. I’ve used this app for years with various shops. I can say easily that anyone else is better than this one. Weedmaps and their website said delivery was open and an option, so I ordered for same day delivery. However, it ended up taking over 24 hours for my order to show up the next entire day (ironically with a slip detailing “early delivery) in my area. I checked often on the website and online where it kept showing different times and was very confusing . I also called the shop and they kept stating different times as well. The slip that finally came with my order even had some different times than noted on the website. With only one call (from the day before) and no voicemail or any return messages done, it was just me continuing to call about my order. The only person who tried to keep in contact was the driver. Huge disappointment. Go anywhere else.

Instead of saying I don’t know to be honest bro or sumn about a products info they gave me a cart that needed a piece when I asked about 3 times if it was a one piece and ready to use to be sure if I needed anything cuz I’m busy and was trusting yall but in the end they totally owned up and they have chill coworkers that get the job done Great beautiful products and I’m high af writing this lol

Went the extra mile for me - literally...

I'm a spacey person by nature, but some days it's even worse. I forgot that they were coming in 15 minutes and missed my delivery. Since they had not gone far, they returned to deliver my order. The driver was very nice about it. All in all, great service.
