It takes 4 minutes to kick in and in the 5th min I'm blasted for a good 45 min constant peak that don't stop. Just takes one lil hit for me before bedtime and I sleep very good for at least 6 hrs and I have bad insomnia. First time smokin regular in 10 yrs and Turn turns out to be an awesome choice to start back up. Berry is very tasty and high is up. If I hit it too hard though, my anxiety let's me know.
