I feel SCAMMED

Process was great until time to pay by debit. I was told (only after delivery arrived) that the debit machine couldn’t put in cents (order was for $110.41), and could only round up in FIVE dollar increments, so my total was rounded up to $115 for no good reason. To be clear, these were not fees, those were already added on. In the digital age what kind of debit machine can’t put in cents and only round up by five to the next dollar amount? I think I got outright scammed for another five dollars. On top of that the Bloom battery I purchased has already stopped working two days later. Not a great experience from this delivery service.

Hey, I got everything in my order and the delivery went smoothly but I got 3 pens and 2 of them are leaking as I type this. Barely opened the package and both pens have more than half the cart missing wax. The button to turn on the pen is sticky from the leaking wax and i keep losing product.

Don’t expect your medication in a Timely Matter

I ordered last night at about 7:30. I got a call from the office from one of your employees that 2 products I had put in my order weren’t available so I had to pick another product. Ok that’s fine, I did and I was told the order was complete and on the way. That I should be expecting my order in about 40min that my driver was in Sf. (I am in San Bruno) A hour goes by so I decided to call and ask the status of my order and was told again that the driver is still in Sf and to wait another 30minutes. I decided to call again. At this point I’m told for the 3rd time to wait 30min that he’s on his way. So by this point it’s been 3HOURS 10:30 something at night and no one is in communication unless I initiated it. No phone updates, no truthful ETA. Keep in mind that I ordered lot of medication, I didn’t just order a Preroll. I had over 300$ worth of product that I was expecting and relying on your service to deliver the medication in a timely matter. Not professional
