Purfaze is a safe, discreet, and fully licensed cannabis delivery service within the greater Sacramento area and its surrounding cities. We are a Non-Storefront Retail Dispensary offering our services to Medical and Recreational users of cannabis products. Our hours of operation is from 8:45 AM to 4 PM except for Holidays.
Purfaze was founded to provide exceptional customer experience in the cannabis delivery industry. The owner has over 25 yrs of customer service experience and has trained all the staff with a focus on customer service. For them, it’s not just about making money. Whether you’re just calling for information or placing an order, they want to provide a safe, speedy, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional experience on every interaction.
All cannabis purchases are subject to California Excise (15%), City (4%) and State (7.25-9.25%) taxes.
RETURN POLICY
Purfaze will consider exchanging damaged or defective cannabis products if they are reported to to us with 24 hours of purchase. So please check all your cartridges upon delivery. All non-damaged cannabis products sales are final. Products can not be exchanged due to preference or characteristics of the product, including taste, look or feel. Please notify customer service for exchanges when a hardware product, such as a battery, pod or cartridge are damaged or defective. All exchanges/refunds shall be at the discretion of Purfaze.
