Hi Rachel! We are terribly sorry you had a bad experience with the pre-rolls you acquired. For future reference, if you get a product that is faulty, malfunctioning or not up to quality, please contact us and provide a picture so we can contact the distributor. If you have not consumed the product we can collect and replace the item. In case you do not wish to get a replacement we can provide a refund or give you store credit (we would still need to collect the faulty product). We strive to have the best quality items possible but we are unable to see some of the item's state before they go out for delivery, since we do not pack the items ourselves.
