I would give more stars for their A1 customer service. I happened to receive a defective device I had let them know right away and was told to contact them in the morning and it would be replaced no problem. I received a text in the morning regarding it (I loved how on top of it they were that I didn't have to reach back out) I sent over a quick video of the defective product and they were swift to send a driver out with my exchange with no issues with the new device. Extremely happy with their level of customer service
