I had major shoulder surgery and was looking for an alternative to RX pain relief. Previously only used topical CBD. Two of these took the pain 90 percent away , relaxes me without feeling “high”. Have been using to help manage pain for a couple of weeks. Tried many other combinations 18:1. CBD, THC, or this combo. For me this worked best and allowed me to be relaxed but still awake and productive.
