If I could give zero stars I would. I paid for a product I didn’t even get. And when I showed them it wasn’t through text they said everything was fine even though my pen was supposed to be a 2gram pen instead I got a 1gram pen and paid more for it then I should’ve since the same pen but it said 1 gram was less. The guy was very rude and didn’t help me and said I had to contact the brand even though it’s this delivery persons fault. They have a 1 gram version of what I ordered and got that instead of the 2gram version that I paid for. Terrible company and didn’t help at all
