I've been going here for some time now and I love their delivery service because its convenient. Long time for the delivery but theres not a rush on my end. The only complaint I have is they don't have the planet bud deals they had before so I have to go in person which sucks because I don't like leaving during the pandemic . Otherwise good company. Good service.

Didn’t get change

I understand it says exact change preferred but when I asked the driver, Salvador, if he had change he said he would have enough after the next delivery and come back with my change, he then took my money andnever came back. Very unprofessional

Please make sure your drivers have change to give back to customers . Order was 65$ gave driver 70$ he claims he didn’t have change , I didn’t care to argue being that it was just 5$ that I was owed. Make sure your drivers have appropriate change to give back to your customers . After reading other reviews it looks like you all train your drivers to say that they don’t have change. Which means you all just steal ppl’s money, a bunch of crooks huh!? .

My favorite place hands down

I’ve had at least 20 deliveries from Planet Buds and while they may not always be the fastest delivery service, they are my favorite as I am never in a rush. Vape carts via delivery are overwhelmingly fake and PB only sells legit carts thankfully! In over 20 deliveries, I only had one issue and surprisingly, it was fixed quickly and peacefully. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, A+++. Thanks!
