After having my online order canceled for unspecified reasons, I placed another order. After multiple calls and assurances my 2nd order was definitely coming tonight, it was again cancelled and now the store is closed. Seriously ppl?

They are extremely slow with their deliveries. They always have an excuse as to why but it’s every single time for over a year now they take about 3 to 4 hours to even start the delivery and another hour or 2 to get it to your door

This app already doesn’t separate vape cartridges from the rest of the concentrates, but the cartridges on here need to be labeled better. I had no idea the six cartridges I bought were proprietary to a specific battery instead of using the standard threaded cartridges for regular batteries. Not to mention most cartridges don’t have labels for whether they are indica or sativa in this app. Overall it’s been incredibly unsatisfying using this app and browsing the products for this store.

I'Il wager we are one of NS best customers. We regularly spend a small fortune here. The staff and store are lovely in person, but online ordering and customer service are garbage. The posted order cutoff is wrong and when confronted with this the reply is "we have no control over the website". Um wtf... also their online system routinely - for unspecified mysterious reasons - cancels orders!!! Again, wtf. It's 2026 ppl - this is no way to run a business!!!

Terrible service placed 2 orders day after day both couldn't be delivered because I "placed order after cutoff hour" witch were both placed before and they failed to check online orders for 50 minutes

Slowest delivery times in town. They say 30 to 60 minutes for delivery and its been over 2 hours and still no delivery

ordered from them, they said they were packing it up and then never heard from them so I called and they said they couldn’t deliver and they could not help me. Total BS will never even think about using them again

Put in a delivery order. Got all confirmation emails and texts. No one ever showed up. Tried to call after 3 hours, no one is answering the phone.
