Today I placed an order around 4 pm for delivery, I got the text that my order was ready by 4:10 and to wait for a text telling me my delivery is on the way. I waited patiently but by 7 pm with no texts or anything I decided to call the number provided to me via text if I have any questions, then that number goes straight to a voicemail that isn’t set up (go figure) so I do some searching and find their number via Weedmaps. It’s now 7:30 and I call them, they have no idea what’s going on with my order. After a few minutes on hold, the rep said that they can’t make my delivery until TOMORROW around 2 or 3 pm because they’re in Redding and they don’t deliver to Chico after a certain time.. Then she says it’s my fault I’m sorry, I should’ve called you and told you … what?? For all of this you should prioritize my order ! I have never had such a terrible experience with a delivery service. I wasted almost 4 hours waiting for my order to not receive it at all, if knew that my order wasn’t going to be delivered I would’ve ordered from somewhere else. Now it’s too late and I can’t order from anywhere else. Thanks guys for the terrible customer service.
