Last time I ordered my experience was subpar and my review reflected. I ordered via email. That was a few months ago. Edited 7/15/21 Complete turn-around….everything from the CS to the product, to the delivery time was solid! Decided to come back. I was surprised to see I had a $30 dollar credit and want to ensure NUG I’m no “grifter.” I appreciated the credit, but did not come back for that, nor did I complain to get a credit. Service is paramount!! This experience was far better. Thanks NUG. My experience was better telephonically versus emailing; why?

They advertise as a delivery service in Chico, I live in Paradise so I was willing to wait a bit for it to arrive. Waited 2 hours before I called and asked for an ETA and come to find out my order won't be there until 8 pm cause they're coming from Redding. Wasted 2 hours waiting for my order that I thought was coming from Chico and it's just so weird why they would even deliver this far. Super nice on the phone and very knowledgeable budtender but that's just ridiculous to say you're business is in Chico when you're not even close. They seem cool if you're in Redding, I'm just leaving this review so nobody else makes the same mistake I did.

Ordered at 10am. Never got order. No notice either. Solid customer service!

Today I placed an order around 4 pm for delivery, I got the text that my order was ready by 4:10 and to wait for a text telling me my delivery is on the way. I waited patiently but by 7 pm with no texts or anything I decided to call the number provided to me via text if I have any questions, then that number goes straight to a voicemail that isn’t set up (go figure) so I do some searching and find their number via Weedmaps. It’s now 7:30 and I call them, they have no idea what’s going on with my order. After a few minutes on hold, the rep said that they can’t make my delivery until TOMORROW around 2 or 3 pm because they’re in Redding and they don’t deliver to Chico after a certain time.. Then she says it’s my fault I’m sorry, I should’ve called you and told you … what?? For all of this you should prioritize my order ! I have never had such a terrible experience with a delivery service. I wasted almost 4 hours waiting for my order to not receive it at all, if knew that my order wasn’t going to be delivered I would’ve ordered from somewhere else. Now it’s too late and I can’t order from anywhere else. Thanks guys for the terrible customer service.

Not sure why they are on the Chico menu or why the advertise here but good luck getting a delivery from them. I ordered at 11 am on a Saturday, was sent text and email confirmations saying the order was in and scheduled for before 7pm. They sent me a text asking me to prepay for the order, which I did. It allowed me to add tip for the driver, which I did. I even called shortly after ordering and talked to someone because my order was close to the minimum and they verified I would be getting my order. Once 7:30pm hit with no other correspondence I called once again was was reassured I was on the schedule to get my delivery that day. It's now 9 pm and they are closed and I haven't heard anything about my order. After 3 years doesn't seem like much has changed reading these reviews. Im sure they are a wonderful dispo, but they shouldn't advertise a service they don't provide, especially with absolutely no communication. They obviously have no respect for wasted time.

If you live in Chico don't bother with them you call to place an order they leave you on hold for ten minutes then place you on hold again then after they take your order they inform you they don't do same day delivery horrible customer service and the staff is just rude

If you live in Chico they will only do preorders for the next day delivery but they don't tell you ahead of time have to go through the whole registering process place your order and wait a while for a call that says we can only deliver to you after 12 pm the next day
