We pride ourselves on customer service and would love to hear your feedback.

Reward Points
On every purchase that you make with us you will receive reward points.
Check your receipt or ask our friendly staff to see how many points you have!!
You can use points on your order to get awesome products for less money! All orders must still meet the minimum for delivery. Points must be applied by a Budtender, or on our app or website at checkout & can’t be applied after your order is out for delivery. Points can’t be applied with Bundle Deals, Star Cards, Promos codes, discounts, or other offers.
Star Cards
$5 1/8th Stamp Card | $5 Vape Cart Stamp Card | $5 Edible Stamp Card
Get 1 Stamp per delivery (not when redeemed). Be sure to ask your delivery driver to stamp your card! After you have 4 stamps on your card, you can turn in that card on your next order to receive an item for $5.00 (either 1/8 flower, .5g Cartridge, or 100mg Edible. Items are Staff Choice and will add an additional $5 to your total.)
This offer can’t be combined with promo codes or other offers.
Veterans Discount
We offer our Veteran’s 15% off of their order with confirmation of service (ID card or DD-214). We are unable to combine this discount with any promos or coupons. All orders must still meet the minimum for delivery. This offer can’t be combined with Bundle deals, Reward Points, next day discounts, promo codes, or other offers.
Next Day Order Discount
We offer 10% off orders if you’d like to schedule your delivery one or more days in advance. We schedule appointments based on your address & our hours. Be sure to mention what time works well for you to your Budtender, or choose your delivery time when ordering on our app or website. We schedule 2 hour windows for delivery. All orders must still meet the minimum for delivery. This offer can’t be combined with Bundle deals, Star Cards, Reward Points, veteran’s discounts, promo codes, or other offers.
Appointment Policy
Our delivery times range from 30 minutes to 4 hours, depending on your location, traffic, and other factors. If you would like to make an appointment for delivery later in the day, please place your order on our website and select a 2 hour window that you will be available for, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
First Time Customer Deals
Our first time customers can receive free delivery. You may also choose between 25% off OR a $0.01 gift! (Gift is staff choice based on availability and could be a preroll, 100mg edible, a 1g vape cartridge, or 1g of concentrate. The gift must be included in the daily limit for your order.)

What to Expect After Placing Your Order
We take cash, Aeropay, or debit at the door.
Aeropay is a direct bank to bank transfer (ACH) that will require you to link your account to their service either with your banking login or account and routing number. There is a $5 fee for every $200 spent. We will send you the link and confirm payment before the ETA is provided.
The debit card terminals at the door do not take credit & you must have the physical card. It processes like an ATM withdrawal and rounds up to the nearest $5 amount, though we will give $ back for the difference only. There is a $5 processing fee per order and requires pin # entry.
Drivers carry $20 in change, they do not carry coin change. If you need additional change please mention it to your Budtender so accommodations can be made.
You can choose your payment type at checkout on our website or app.
Have your physical ID in hand & ready to show the driver - even if you have ordered before.
When the driver is on their way, you will get a text with a tracking link so you can see their location. After receiving this text (through OnFleet), you will be able to communicate with your driver directly by call only.
Exchange/Refund Policy
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds. We do not exchange flower. Any exchanges must be on unopened products & within 24 hours of purchasing. Please read our full Return Exchange Policy on our website.
