Jenna texted me at 7:15 which I confirmed the replacement. Then at 8:48 I checked the stays of my order and it said complete which it never was. So I called the number online and the female who answered said oh it because you didn’t confirm the replacement which I had confirmed with Jenna. Still waiting over two hours without any one notifying me the drivers eta. Bad business with no communication. What a disappointment
