Midori seriously has THE BEST delivery drivers. They go above and beyond to help their customers, and they really, actually, care. I cannot express enough how awesome they are. This has become my go-to place ever since I found them a few months ago. One time, they made a little “mistake,” (I wasn’t even worried about it because it wasn’t a problem to me at all, [I have been a business owner before, so I know COMPLETELY where they were coming from when the “mistake” situation occurred,] and the employees were just conducting business exactly like they should) but either way, they fixed the “mistake” when I ordered my next order after that situation. They are amazing. They really are all good people. If you have never ordered from them, I would definitely tell you to give them a shot. They have great brands, great prices, and great employees! What more could you ask for?!

The delivery driver was great. My card didn’t work at first, due to an error with their machine, but he went ahead and tried it one more time, and sure enough, it went through. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Midori is my go-to place now. I don’t even order from anywhere else.

Called last second at 9:11 PM to make an order and got ahold of Kenny and had the best experience. He made sure I was able to get my order tonight even after the cut off point and had the upmost customer service to top it off.
