Very unprofessional Zelle transaction and for future reference if you had a issue with Zelle in the past then you should probably not use it as a payment option I was asked to send a payment twice once to the company I assume and another to a personal number I didn’t do it of course because it made absolutely no sense when the payment was indeed taken from my account but I was told by the driver it never came into their account only after he mentioned getting the notification saying it was…. So asking me to send a second payment to a personal number didn’t feel right or seem professional if the money was no longer in my account where did it go?I still got my product but that was very sketchy and unprofessional in my opinion a transaction shouldn’t take longer than 5 min if that I was outside for a good 15 to 10 trying to figure out what happened But a bit later in the day I received a email stating they received payment

I ordered back in March. They were short staff and kept telling me the are almost there or arriving soon. I waited like 2+ hours. I wouldn’t have mind waiting two hours but be upfront about it. I wasted time waiting and it was inconsiderate
