I placed orders right around 8pm. I waited about an hr for my order, then someone called at 9pm to tell me my order is canceled because they are fully booked. This store clearly shows that their business hours are until 9pm, so there shouldn't be any reason why they couldn't deliver my order which was placed at 8pm. I find it unprofessional to call me an hour after I placed my order that it is canceled. Perhaps don't say your business is open until 9pm, if you won't process orders at 8pm. Lazy and unprofessional

it still says "packing order" after nearly 24 hours. no response on phone or text. it has me immediately submit verification of age and then... nothing. Do NOT order from this dispensary if you actually want to get your order - you'll be waiting indefinitely.

This dispo is literally so bad smh. I tried to make an order last night and had it cancelled. I decided it was probably just a one time thing and tried them again today. I made an order earlier than last time and then got a call ONE hour later telling me it was cancelled. No zaza for two days now bc these people are lazy and slow asf. Super disappointing considering their in person dispos are awesome. Definitely lost a loyal customer and tbh don’t do delivery. They will cancel you and you will be left without zaza. If I could give zero stars for customer service I would bc the same lady who called to cancel me did not gaf when I tried to explain I ordered ahead of time and have been cancelled twice in a row. 0/5 fr.

I ordered products online. I rec’d an email from Weed-maps that they had sent the order to you. I never heard from anyone at March and Ash. I tried calling you 6 times…no answer. It said the call center was closed at 5 pm. The next day I tried calling again…no answer multiple times.
