I’m a suuuuuper light sleeper and it’s even hard for me to fall asleep majority of the time. The first time I purchased this I drank it in one drink and within about an hour or 2 I was ready for bed. I didn’t wake up once throughout the night; which usually I do & can’t fall back asleep. But I felt so refreshed after waking up the following morning! So I bought a second one the following day and it worked just as good! I love this drink!!
