The product was just fine, had issues with the card payment so i was suppose to wait. Said id change to cash and it still took hours.. And im guessing to not having multiple drivers is why it was so late. My first drop off time was 11:45am. I received my order at 1pm. This was my first buy from them so. Im giving a 4 but this over all experience was a 2 or a 3. If this happened at my normal buy places id give lower. Im those people if you tell me, "were short staffed things are going wrong etc". Ill be patient but if I hear nothing I assume everything is fine, order should be there when stated. (They did tell me about the charging issues so we came to the action of changing to cash. So thats understandable) but nothing else was told till the afternoon.
