The first few orders were great. Recently I ordered and my driver told me he was here, I sent a screenshot with payment and then waited outside of his window. He didn’t roll down his window at all & then after I walked away because I was ignored for several minutes he texts me to ask if I’m coming. In addition to the weird behavior by the driver I was given the wrong items in the order. When I asked for the correct items he told me that it was my fault for going to the driver side door to pick up the product because store policy is that they give orders from the passenger side door. I understand safety precautions and want the drivers to be safe, but they seem to have made up this policy after I complained about standing outside of the drivers window being ignored for several minutes. If it was a policy it could easily be clarified in the text that they send out with total and ETA, instead of ignoring me for approaching drivers window as I always do.
