The driver opened my bag before I got to the car

The driver opened my bag before I got to the car. When I walked up to the car I think I startled him. He asked my name, then positioned the bag from me to look inside while asking me if this is what I ordered. The person who packaged it and stapled the receipt to it already verified that. I have already been harassed by strangers and have had my "consumables" (including food and water) tampered with. This experience was unsettling, and disappointing. I habe serious concerns about making future purchases due to the compromised integrity and new trust issues. No delivery driver should be opening the packages, especially outside of the presence of the recipient. That driver should not be sent to my home again.

This is hands down the best dispensary. The employees are patients, know there products, and overall treat there customers with respect. They don't subscribe by the shady sales tactics the other Long Beach DIspensaries often use. They are just honest, hard working people that sell their product at very reasonable price points. I was a very difficult customer, not normally but I've had a tough week. They patiently and calmly helped me figure out what I wanted to order, and even walked me through step by step the online verification process all the way to the finish line. I used to go exclusively to this dispensary, and I'm glad to be a returning customer after leaving the Country for a year. It's just nice knowing a good respectable store that sells my favorite product still exists in today's market. Thanks again!

I always have such a delightful experience at Green Room because of how wonderful the staff is. The security guards are always so welcoming when I go in, and the budtenders are more than happy to answer any and all questions. Some of the better service I’ve received at a dispo. Love it here :)

Wish I caught her name, but I just got my items delivered by an awesome driver! She saw someone peeking over at my delivery and suggested I walk to my door using another entrance just to be safe. Really appreciated it!! The delivery was also super fast which was nice

Without going into detail to avoid jeopardizing the integrity of future deliveries, I have to say that this place is one the greatest, if not thee greatest within my area; hands down!! The specials and giveaways were ridiculous and much appreciated. This was my second delivery from this place - having ordered from other places - and I am definitely going to be a regular.
