I absolutely love Lit Delivery. They're fast, have some of the best products that is reasonable & the customer service is wonderful. They deliver to the house in 15-30 minutes & they deliver to my job in 30-45 minutes (I live in Oakland & work in SF). And it's one of the few dispensaries that is Black Owned. I placed my order at 7:08pm... I called at 8:53 and no answer. Order status shows placed and I’m in Alameda! Never again. Not a good way to do business! It’s 9:06 and I have no status and no text of an ETA. Next morning order delivery was attempted but I was at work. That afternoon driver was waiting at my residence and with an incentive to not hold this incident against them. You’ve earned a customer for life!!! Thanks Manny! I appreciate the way you all do business!!! And the product is AWESOME!!!! Great quality... and worth the wait!

Great great delivery service...

It’s times like these that you find out who your real friends are. There’s so much profiteering going on in an industry that was supposedly built around personal well-being. Taxes are an excellent example and the one reason I support those services with out of the door prices excluding nominal taxes that can’t be calculated beforehand. Any business that recognizes the inherent dishonesty in advertising prices that are 25-35% below the out of door cost gets my vote. Nice mixture of flowers and good THC range. They’ve run low a couple of times but I’d rather work with them than climb back on the carousel. The flowers have been fresh and the potency has been consistent. Delivery is EXCELLENT. During T-Mobile outage, driver couldn’t reach me and waited about fifteen minutes until I received notification. Only one small issue with the cashless transactions. No place to add tip for driver. I hope that changes because I’m avoiding cash for obvious reasons and I like letting drivers know I appreciate service.

Bought a quarter of Wonka by HighSeasons. First glance not a lot of purple like the pic on the website. Break down was moist leafy and slightly sticky. Smells great; gassy and earthy. Smoked in a RAW with a filter. Slow burn with white ash. Taste sweet and peppery. ZOOOOTED just get that pic right Also Priest the Driver was extra fast and extremely friendly!
