When placing an order I was informed that they had run out of one of the 8 raw garden concentrates I was buying when asked what I would like to do they offered a different option I asked not once but twice directly if it was going to be a raw garden product still and twice they confirmed that yes it would be. Upon arrival of my near $200 order I got inside only to realize that I didn’t in fact get that product replaced with another raw garden product and it was another brand that I do not like or ever buy. I don’t appreciate being lied to and it honestly makes me not want to purchase through your delivery service again. I wish I could post a picture of the conversation I had with the employee too confirming twice that it would in fact be another raw garden product, only to receive something that I didn’t ask for, want or wouldn’t have bought in the first place.

Two of the cartridges (glass curepen and one of the kushy brand) I got are burnt the other one was fine hopefully there is some type of compensation I didn’t spend $70 for 2 busted pens I need this fixed immediately. Other than that the driver was very nice and made the interaction quick and easy as well I just need these 2 replacements.
