Disappointed 😔

Wish I didn’t have to leave this but here goes ….. Honestly didn’t have many issues with this service other than longer than expected delivery times, which I personally never minded. I used them quite a few times as well. Last time was just beyond disappointing though and I never got a response/resolution either surprisingly. The most odd part of all…. my order doesn’t show under history like it was deleted or never existed…. I have text/proof of messages stating otherwise. Anyway long story shorter I ordered a cold fire extracts cart ended up receiving a cold fire extracts box with a generic looking unlabeled cart inside half leaked out and wasn’t able to get ahold of the driver after the fact. I’m out $55 lesson learned check the contents of the package and then check the contents itself. 😔

Worst delivery guy in all of history!

Weedmaps has the option to "choose your location" for the address. I used it and it sent the delivery guy to the park I was at, but not where I was waiting though I left in the order notes that I'd be waiting in the parking lot. When the driver called, we didn't see each other he sent a photo from his view and I told him wait there I'll walk to you, I had to walk across a field. This dude argued with me the whole pickup, had terrible-horrible-, awful energy, was only waiting 5 min. When I called the managers at the dispensary, he told them he was waiting 15 min which was a lie. I still tipped him for gas because I wanted to, but he definitely did not deserve it. All my other experiences with Kush Connect have been amazing which is why I am a returning customer, but this guy was the worst delivery guy of all time with the worst attitude.

Amazing prices on their items. I got the lemon cherry gelato and when i usually get it from dispensaries, it rarely turns out that the strain is named what it actuslly is. Let tell ya, this gelato is insane. Great balance of purple/green. Dense but yet not too dense. Fluffy but yet not too fluffy. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The driver is on time. Everything was just great. Definitely would reccommend and definitely coming back!
