I've ordered from Kush Cart PDX three times this year and each time they've had what I ordered in stock and delivered on-time. Their delivery drivers are very nice. I called the store once when an order was running close to time and the budtender let me know it was on it's way. All good overall.

My First Ever Review Below 5 Stars In Portland

I placed my first order ever from Kush Kart at 2:48 pm. On the order screen it says allow 1-3 hours for delivery. Ok fair enough. I got tired of waiting around with no communication whatsoever so at 6:22, more than three and a half hours later I called. The guy who answered told me that it was set to be sent out for delivery in a half hour. I inform him that the website said within three hours and he just brushed it off and said his system was down. I informed him that it would be good to then manually communicate these things. He responded as though I was crazy to suggest he go out of his way like that. No sort of indication they placed any value on my business. So they will not get it and I do not recommend. Delivery driver was courteous though but if you care about service go elsewhere they don't care much about it here.

Placed order, but store canceled without reason.

I placed an order, applied a 20% discount, and placed an order for about %80. I received a order confirmation, but after checking the status, I see the order is canceled, and there is no explanation. I try calling, but can't reach anyone. Utterly unprofessional. Cannot recommend at all.

worst experiance

I recently purchased a product from this Veed seller, and I have to say, it was a huge disappointment. The product arrived later than expected, and when it finally did, it didn’t match the description at all. The quality was subpar, and it felt like it was made from cheap materials. To make matters worse, the seller’s customer service was incredibly unhelpful. I reached out multiple times to ask about a refund or exchange, but I barely received any response, and when I did, it was dismissive at best. I felt completely ignored and unsupported throughout the whole process. I’ve had much better experiences with other sellers, and unfortunately, this one has left a really bad taste. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller, and I definitely won't be buying from them again
