Been going to Kanna for years, never really had any issues and never brought them up until today. Steve was the drivers name, and I had brought up a concern about the cart not being full. He dismisses me but tells me he will call the manager but not before making sure to tell me “I get what I paid for when you got a 18.99 cart.” Disrespectful , I’ve spent thousands at this place but not anymore. Talked to the manager and she just attempted to dismiss me the entire time and then just placated me until I decided it was going nowhere. Don’t order from here.
