Thank you for your interest in our delivery service. This could have happened for a few different reasons. Unfortunately our store's software does not perfectly sync with Weedmaps. If your order exceeds certain limits, the order does not get sent to us giving the appearance that it was canceled. I do apologize for the inconvenience. It's possible this was not the case, so If you email me at delivery@kannaxpress.com I can offer you a special discount and take care of you and look into what went wrong with your order so that we can try and avoid any mishaps in the future.
