Opened kings garden packaging

Everything was 5 stars except I ordered 2 grams of kings garden. One of the boxes to the gram looked crushed then I opened the box the sticker on side of jar isn’t stuck to the jar. This jar is opened. This is my first experience and is the last experience with this company. They gave me a fist customer deal. That’s why I’m not asking for refund and the gram is going straight to the trash. Wonder what to expect with my other 5 grams I ordered if I find anther gram tempered with then I’ll ask for a refund.

Ordered 3 hours before close, was told my order was 3rd in line then its closing time and all of a sudden my order was 8 in line, Called driver and dispatch was hung up on.. sounds like a bunch of kids let run wild, no follow up ever given, order cancelled without me asking, after i had already paid... I HIGHLY suggest not using these clowns.

Placed sn order, 40 minutes later i see on website that order was cancelled. No explanation. No phone call. No text. I tried calling phone # on website and got routed to a recording stating “voice mailbox not set-up.” I will DEFINITELY NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. Thank you.

If your order exceeds certain limits, the order does not get sent to us giving the appearance that it was canceled. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Do they exist?

Twice now I have ordered from them and my order was cancelled. No communication from them. Just thinking I have a delivery coming then check the status on Weedmaps to see my order has been cancelled with no explanation. They also don’t answer their phone and voicemail is not set up. What? Don’t waste your time.

I placed an order in the morning and when I checked on it I saw the order was cancelled. I was not contacted about the cancellation. I emailed the provided address to ask for more information and have not heard back at all.
