When I called they directed me to email their support team which I did right away. Unfortunately I received no response whatsoever. I decided to follow up by calling again but both times my calls went straight to voicemail with no return call. This experience really made me question the level of accountability and customer care here. It’s disappointing to see that something as simple as resolving a defective product wasn’t handled with urgency or respect for me.
