I have to spend my gas to return a defective cart.

My initial order wasn't any worse than anyone else up here. But the customer service, they suck. I was sold a defective cart. It heats and draws but does not produce vapor. I called and asked for a replacement. The manager decided because they are too busy that I must either make another order ($35 before tax) or I have to spend my gas money and more expensive, my time driving an hour round trip to the store.
