My experience was lacking

When I walked into the building I was offered help getting checked in by the desk staff, and she was great. The security guard by the front door is lacking in people skills and was off-putting. The bud tender that "helped me" needs a training session in all things cannabis. He was unable to help me when I asked for something high in terps, and when talking about the THC in the buds he said that you added the THC Total and THCA together and the bud had "around 40% THC". This type of lack of knowledge hurts the industry by feeding the mindset that "THC is everything", and until we have educated people educating the public about the totality of the bud we're going to have a sub-par market that hyper focuses on an area that's a fraction of the whole experience.
