Every person I have met here has been wonderful and thankfully patient with customers (like me) who are still learning the ropes... Ben helped us get in and get out after I started using the online order feature. Wish they would consider displaying pricing signs discreetly where the accessories are.

My experience with jars cannabis today was very negative and this wasn't my first negative experience but I'll start with today. Today I went to bought a half an ounce from jars, it was labeled as flour and priced to match when I got home and dumped it out I realized that half of it was trim not Shake, but intentional trim to fill the bag so that it made weight, the weed is unsmokable when I called and complained they told me that I had to drive back to the store so that they can exchange it. When I told him that I dumped it out they said that I could not bring it back to the store because they would not be able to resell it and offered me a $20 credit instead. I declined the $20 credit and told them I would be writing a review on here to let the community know that the brand Fleur is intentionally filling their bags with trim to make their bags weigh and rip you off. it is almost exactly 50% of the weight of the bag. Jars also will sell you "RSO" thats super filtered and not rso! Nope
