Order didn’t deliver

Said it delivered and received confirmation email but nothing delivered, was never contacted by driver etc. Just suddenly got delivery completed and no order showed up :(

Huge upgrade

It used to be The Spot and looked like an empty warehouse with only a few brands but the new ownership has really turned this place around. I purchased an Endos PR and a defonce bar from a pretty knowledgeable staff member who was professional and helpful. Recommend checking out the cool brand displays in store too.

incompetent employees and wrong orders

first they send the wrong delivery order, then they take 2 hours to respond back to emails. I have to call to get an actual response and have to get a manager just to get a redilvery of what I ordered. now another estimated 2 hours for redelivery.
