They never delivered my things they made me re order 3 times, I even spoke to the manger and he said he will not give me another number to complain or help me re order. They canceled my 4th order on purpose. They are drama, I even had an employee hangup on the phone with me. Horrible customer service!

False advertising on half oz for 90$!!! Not mentioned anywhere online that it’s trim!!! not even shake! Also the representative at the pickup didn’t say anything about it being a trim! All bags are sealed not see through you can’t know your being lied to! Once I got home called for a refund/exchange got a really rude manager that claimed there’s nothing to do about it and it’s not there problem for false advertising but mine for not asking! How could I know that I need to ask specifically?!?!?! Any other dispensary you can totally get a half for 90$ of real flower! Was not offered to exchange for a full value, was definitely not offered my money back, but only a 15% discount towards my next purchase! Like I’m gonna have another one!

Worst delivery experience ever

I ordered my weed for 8am - 9am slot and it’s almost 10am and no weed at all. Why should I order if you not gonna be on time. All they can say is sorry. I don’t wanna hear sorry I want you to make it right. Alexis was helpful on the phone and very professional. It’s the service of the delivery that’s trash. I spent over 2000 with this company. This will be my last time coming here to this unprofessional shop.

Call if there's an issue but CANT says line says the number has been reported as spam when you call. They canceled my order claiming I'm staying on casino property but I'm not and even confirmed with the office manager noone called and spoke to him and he was only one in office all morning but Inyo employee claimed she called the business to confirm it was on a casino property and they won't deliver so my order was canceled. Oh not to mention you have to submit online a picture of your ID. CAN WE SAY SHADY! WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED AND NOW WORRIED ABOUT ID FRAUD NOT WORTH IT!

I placed an order and waited 3 hours by the time they came to deliver they tried to over charge me and then said they had to take the whole order back to change it and then deliver it again wtf wait another three hours hell no!!

Placed order around 2pm, got a call around 230 that my order had to be changed cause it was over limit, made changes and was told that driver would contact me . Called just now around 545 asking if my order was coming. Was told that they couldnt find my order, called driver and they said that I never answered my door which my and two roommates never heard , and I missed the call which I never received either. I was told that my order would be canceled and I could try ordering again but not get my order till around 9 or 10. What a waste of a day, communication is key
