Listing accuracy is the only problem

I was excited about “discovering” a new dispensary local to me with no minimum and no delivery fee. It turns out there actually is a minimum and this isn’t a place local in white lake.. it’s 420 dispo in Flint. Great products, just a lil confused on the blatant misinformation.

Usually they're my go to for delivery but today was the FIRST time I've been disappointed and will be looking elsewhere. I placed an order at 1:30pm. I was called to confirm order. they then proceeded to tell me that they would come to me when another order in my area would be placed. totally understandable. then I was told if i wanted to add $20 more to my order that they would come out to me. um? so, I gave them until 5:30pm and called back for an update. was told no one in my area made an order and until then it was still on their end but if I wanted to again. add $20 PLUS tax, that they would come deliver. NEVER WAS AN ISSUE for my previous orders. on Weedmaps it states no delivery charge and no minimum amount to spend. false advertising. very disappointed!

Extremely unprofessional company I advise ordering elsewhere. My order never arrived and I never received a call nor did they answer the phone. Avoid this place at all cost! Many more great dispensaries out there that are actually professional

They decide to send whatever they feel like, no matter what you order. I ordered 9 grams and 1 was correct! They’ve changed their policies as well so don’t listen to weed maps, they aren’t open after 8, they charge delivery fee even tho it says they don’t, they don’t honor deals that are online, they have carts marked as wax on their site. It’s a mess. I’ve spent a lot of money with them due to being the only ones close to me to deliver but a new place opened and I’ll be going there instead. It is really disappointing from a customer.

Terrible tracking and false advertising

This dispo is advertised to be located in White Lake which is originally 30 mins from my home, but is actually located in Flint which is over an hour away from my home. I have also been waiting over 5 hours now for an order that I don't even know if it is going to arrive because I have not been texted any kind of update with my tracking information. I placed this order at 6:00 pm and it is now past 11:00 pm. Overall I am just incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service and clarity from this dispo.
